Shipping

Please allow 28 days for delivery, although if an item is in stock we aim to deliver to any address in the UK within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class Recorded Delivery and a charge of £3.95 for p&p applies (Special Delivery is available for an additional fee). We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact me for delivery charges and estimated delivery times.

Returns

Items are exchangeable for alternative sizes within 7 days of receipt so long as they are in an unused condition and in their original packaging and a restocking fee will be charged. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post (our trading address will be supplied upon request). If your item is faulty you will be offered a full refund. Personalised items (such as ID tags) cannot be refunded unless faulty. Please note that postage costs are not refundable.

Here at Canine Designs we take your privacy very seriously. By becoming a customer of Canine Designs you will give us information that we will use to process your orders and improve our service to you.

Canine Designs does not capture and store any of your personal information except that which you voluntarily choose to give us. Any personal information is used exclusively to provide information and services from Canine Designs. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Shopping with Canine Designs is completely secure.

We accept most major credit and debit cards with no surcharge and all payments are handled by the secure Nochex service.
